​​Project PAUL helps hundreds of families by providing rental assistance to qualified families. Financial Services are only available for the following towns: Keansburg, Aberdeen, Atlantic Highlands, Fair Haven, Hazlet, Highlands, Holmdel, Keyport, Little Silver, Matawan, Middletown, Monmouth Beach, Rumson, Sea Bright, Shrewsbury, and Union Beach.

To qualify, the following must be met:

Must be used for evictions, back rent, first month's rent, and security deposits

Must live in the Bayshore area

Only applications that are completed and have all the required documentation will be considered
